Agreement and license

By using the plugin, you agree to these terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it on the number of sites covered by your plan.

Trial, billing and refunds

Each tier includes a 14-day no-card trial. Paid plans renew on the selected interval unless cancelled. A 14-day moderate satisfaction guarantee applies when a product problem or plugin conflict cannot be resolved. Taxes are shown at checkout.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for sites, backups, permissions, API credentials and changes made by connected tools. Review automated changes and test material updates.

Acceptable use

Do not use the plugin for unauthorized access, malware, unlawful activity, license evasion or infringement.

Updates and expiry

Updates are included with an active license. Because this is a fully premium product, the bridge does not register REST fields when no license or trial is active.

Third-party services

WordPress, Elementor, SEO plugins, AI tools and hosting providers have their own terms and availability.

No warranties

The plugin and related documentation are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we give no express or implied warranty that the plugin, connected AI agents, third-party services or generated changes will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose or compatible with every website, theme, plugin or hosting environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WP Element Bridge Plugin and its owner, developers, suppliers and service providers will not be liable in any form for direct or indirect loss arising from the installation, configuration or use of the plugin, connected AI agents, automation workflows or third-party services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, profits, business, clients or reputation; website downtime or malfunction; security incidents; unintended content, layout or SEO changes; plugin or theme conflicts; credential misuse; and any incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

You use the plugin and any connected AI agent at your own risk. You remain solely responsible for access permissions, backups, staging tests, instructions given to AI agents, reviewing generated changes and deciding what is published to a live website.

If liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the plugin or these terms is limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid for the plugin during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and any liability that cannot legally be excluded for intent, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Termination and governing law

Access may be ended for material breach, misuse or non-payment. Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
